If you have a complaint that could be dealt with straightaway, then please ask for one of our Managers at Park Information, or at one of the Pay Booths.

Please be aware that all enquiries relating to The Tavern/Bucket and Spade, The Arcade, Brean Splash and Brean Play should be directed to Brean Leisure Park (01278 751595), as Brean Theme Park Ltd is a separate company. Please also be aware that any queries regarding parking should also be directed there, as we have no control over it.
