Height restrictions are in place for each of our rides in order to maintain customer safety. The Manufacturer recommends a minimum, and in some cases, a maximum height for the customer, based on the shape and design of the seats, lap bars, and locking mechanisms in conjunction with the gravitational forces produced whilst the ride is moving. We then, in conjunction with the Health & Safety Executive, set the minimum height for each ride.
Yes, well behaved dogs, on leads, are allowed on the park. May we remind you to please be a responsible owner and to clean up after your dog if necessary!
Yes, we accept the Tesco DAYS OUT Reward vouchers, and these are obtained by contacting Tesco and transferring your points collected, into vouchers. We do not accept the spend vouchers that Tesco send out every three months. Please see https://secure.tesco.com/clubcard/spend-vouchers/ for further details.
For every 50p that you ‘spend’ you’ll receive £1.50 (3 x) to use with us.
You’ll then be sent an ‘E-Code’ by Tesco (either as a QR code (square barcode), or in the format BTP1234567) which you can then present at the Token Booths as full or part payment against your purchase. We recommend using them as part payment, as no ‘change’ can be given. It would help speed up the time spent at the Token Booths if you allow the printing/download of the QR barcodes and that they have printed out correctly, and are showing in your email.
We will still accept the £10 paper vouchers, until the expiry date shown on them.
Please also note that Tesco vouchers cannot be used for online purchases, group or school bookings, and cannot be refunded.
We accept Love2Shop vouchers – unfortunately we cannot at this time accept the Gift Cards. Please see https://www.highstreetvouchers.com/gifts/love2shop-gift-vouchers for further details.
